In order to effectively process your warranty requests, all requests must be made in writing. The forms on which service requests are written are given to you at closing, and are in your Homeowner Warranty Binder. If you should need additional forms, you can download the warranty request form in PDF format. The form may be completed and brought to our Heritage Club Sales Office or faxed to Homeowner Services at (561) 272-2869.
