The development team at New Century Companies is proud to unveil it's latest creation, New Century Commons. This new shopping destination is located at 500 East Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach, the previous home to mega-giant wholesaler, Costco. New Century Commons consists of three unique components, all with direct frontage on Linton Boulevard, providing great visibility with convenient access to I-95. The center boasts a stunning and fresh approach to architecture, providing an upbeat, modern environment to shop and dine all in one convenient and easy to find location.

The Northwest part of the site will feature a very cleverly designed building with 7,400 square feet which will be the future home to Cream, an Italian concept store that will feature handmade gelato, Italian coffees, fine wines, beers, and handmade pastries. National credit cellular phone store AT&T and cutting-edge Mexican grill/restaurant Chipotle occupy the balance of the space providing great diversity in the shopping experience at New Century Commons.

Occupying the former Costco building is national credit sporting goods retailer Sports Authority of 45,173 square feet and PetSmart who is leasing 28,762 square feet. The existing structure has been modified to increase parking, and improvements have been made to the exterior to create the architectural significance that New Century has been known for with past projects.
