The development team at New Century Companies is proud to unveil it’s latest creation, New Century Commons. This new shopping destination will be located at 500 East Linton Boulevard, the previous home to mega-giant wholesaler, Costco. New Century Commons will consist of three unique components, all with direct frontage on Linton Boulevard, providing great visibility with convenient access to I-95. The center will boast a stunning and fresh approach to architecture, providing an upbeat, modern environment to shop and dine all in a convenient and easy to find location. On the Northeast portion of the site, New Century Commons will feature a sleek out parcel building of approximately 7,000 square feet, along with a three car aisle drive through. This building will be home to a well recognized national credit bank tenant. The design and styling of this outparcel building will be consistent with the other portions of the center. The Northwest part of the site will feature a very cleverly designed building with roughly 7,200 square feet which will be the future home to a national credit tenant who specializes in coffee beverages and fresh pastries. In addition, a national credit cellular phone store and cutting-edge Mexican grill/restaurant will occupy the balance of the space providing great diversity in the shopping experience at New Century Commons. Occupying the former Costco building will be a national credit sporting goods retailer of 46,040 square feet and a national credit pet store who will lease 21,080 square feet. The existing structure will be modified to increase parking, and improvements will be made to the exterior to create the architectural significance that New Century has been known for with past projects.
